Custom Commission
Artistic Interpretation
When you commission a custom artwork, you're requesting an artist's unique and creative interpretation of a particular home or building. Each piece is thoughtfully stylised and not intended to be an exact or photographic representation. The final artwork may differ in detail and appearance from photos, real estate images, or online maps such as Google Street View.
Client Responsibility – Accuracy of Information
To ensure the most accurate portrayal possible, clients are responsible for providing clear, complete, and correct information, including any relevant photographs and written descriptions. Adjustments will not be made after completion if any discrepancies arise due to missing or incorrect details supplied by the client.
Refunds, Revisions & Returns
As each piece is custom made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. However, if an error is made on our part, we may, at our discretion, offer a revision or replacement. In such cases, shipping costs for the corrected piece will be covered by us. All decisions around refunds or revisions remain at our sole discretion.
Copyright, Reproduction & Use
Clients will receive the original physical artwork. However, the artist retains full copyright and reproduction rights in accordance with the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). This includes the right to reproduce, publish, and share the artwork online or in print.
We may also share images of the artwork publicly, along with your first name, the suburb of the property, and any anecdotes you've chosen to include. No other personal information will be shared without your written permission.
Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued up to 7 days prior to starting your artwork. Full payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date. Artworks will not be posted until payment is received and confirmed.
