How quaint is this old dame, one of the prettiest cottages in Magnolia Avenue I just adored painting this one.  It is not easy to do picket fences, your can’t rush the process and there was quite a bit of white woodwork in this sketch.  I do love a well made gate.  I just want to sit on that porch with a Mint Julep. Yes.
