Board and Batten, highly textured stucco, beautifully detailed wood work and elegant windows, so stunning and super cute, this sketch had it all going for it .  But the front fence and gate for me was just as wonderful, it would make me smile I think every time I opened that gate and strolled through the garden, I could just imagine knocking on the front door hoping to be invited inside.
